• Was created in 1994 by PTs in Cambodia

• Registered to MOH in 1997

• Recognized by MOH

• Have been functioned and governed based on its constitution​ by low 1997

• Currently board members is in term 7^th (2022-2025)

• All board members are PT volunteers
